"points for language tests"
 
   WHat is the minimum score required at the IELTS tests conducted by the British Council to obtain 16 points (maximum points) for the first langauage proficiency at PR immigration.

   A 7.0 on each band is required for an assessment of High Proficiency in all aspects of English.
