thankz for the excellent help you are extending to the people world wide. i applied in 2000, september and received a letter after 3months which states that they need to interview me for selection decission and they had given 24 months time, till today i had not received any thing meanwhile i appeared ielts in january,2003 and secured average 6.0 band listening-5, writing-7, reading-6, speaking-6, and in the application i mentioned the above abilities as fluent, so now i would like to know whether shall i submit the results or not and if i submit the same result how many points i am going to get.i am still unmarried, and the other thing is that once we move to canada on study visa what would be the chances to settle there and to become the permanant resident, kindly give the reply at the earliest.
