"Work Experience."
 
   Dear Sir,

I applied for PR in August 2001. I had around one and a half year of work experience back then. By May 2003 I will be having three years of work experience. I'll be submitting the additional forms required under the new rules and an updated experience letter to the CHC soon (around May 2003). My question is that how many points will I get for the experience according to the new rules, 15 or 19?

   It would be expected that you would be assessed with 19 points, assuming that a selection decision is made after May 2003, and that your documentation had been received.
