I have applied for an immigration from Hong Kong in fev 2000. Now 37 months have elapsed and there is no clue of an interview call.At that time my NOC was SALES, ADVERTISING AND MARKETING CONSULTANT which was also as same as that time NOC chart.But after new law (28th June 2002)there is a new NOC named SALES, ADVERTISING AND MARKETING MANAGER and don't have my NOC name in the new NOC chart.

Now my question is as i have applied before 2001 and don't get any interview or interview waiver letter by 31st march 2003 so my papers will be reassessed by the hongkong office.

In this situation is my old NOC can makes any problem for my papers reassessment?
