"Hello"

   Hi,

This is the second Time to post the same question, but I could not find the answer to my question in the last few days

I live in USA with H1B visa currently :

1. would that effect my US Green Card process or I can process both in the time
2. Do I have to apply for Finger print before sending the immigration application to buffalo center or that can be done in parallel

Thanks
Amr

   No, a Canadian immigration application would not have any adverse effect on a similar application in the USA. Two issues that do exist are:

1. a Canadian immigration official may need to be satisfied that your intent to immigrate to Canada is genuine;
2. if successful in both applications, you will likely need to forfeit status in one country inevitably.

Buffalo will generally accept FBI clearances later in the application process.
