"Learning French"

   Dear Sir

My application is in Que to be transferred to an interview location In USA. Since I would not meet the 31st March deadline. Learning French can be beneficial, When should I inform the consulate of my French training at this stage during the interview or prior to that?

With best regards
Rishi

Visa offices are generally issuing deadlines of up to 90 days within which new documentation requirements must be remitted. Most visa offices started to issue such instructions in February. Evidence of language skills should be submitted as soon as possible.
