I am a Permanent Resident of Canada having recently arrived here from England.

My sister applied under the skilled worker process in November 2002 and she has recieved a file number and reciept in January 2003, she wants to come out in August 2003 to stay and plans to take a year off work as a 'safety net'.

Can she come out and give my address as her forwarding address? and the process be completed from here if not completed in England by then? or would she have to go back at some point. Thanks :)
