"visitor visa for mother"
| |
Hi, I am moving to Canada from the US, and I am trying to bring my mom over for a couple of months. Is it better to get her a visa from the consulate in the US than from her country of citizenship? Then, is is possible to either extend her visitor visa or sponsor her for permanent residency while she is in Canada on a visitor's visa? Can I start the procedure (PR) from the US if I have a written proof (3-year work contract for a good enough salary)of my expected income in Canada? Thanks. oana |
