"IELTS test"
 
   I have applied for immigration and recieved a letter on Apr 2003 stating that I will have an interview . The new regulation requires to take the english test before March 31. However, I have a Master's degree in the United state and am currently working in the US. Do i still need to take the exam?

I got married in Dec 2001 . I will be adding my hunsband 's name to my application. Would this affect my application in anyway as I have already recieved an interview letter. Its been over a year and I have still not heard anything abt my interview.Are there ways to expedite my process?
