Dear Dr. Cohen,First of all, thank you for maintaining such a great service for free.
I am a student at a university in Canada and currently preparing my application for immigration. I will graduate in May 2004 with a Bachelor of Commerce and an acquaintance of mine told me that I could sent in all the documentation now and then later on submit the official letter from my university that I graduated. He says that, in this way, the immigration office will already start processing my application despite the fact that documentation is not complete.
Is that correct?
Thanks a lot and best regards,
Uriel
