"Applying as a Sponsor from the UK"
 
   I am a Canadian citizen applying to sponsor my partner. We both live in the UK. I need to know where we can get a "receipt" which is required before we send the application off and which office I should be dealing with.

   If you are applying directly from the UK, the fee receipt that you are referring to is not applicable. You would remit fees to the CHC in London as per their usual instructions.
