"Additional documents"

Should I send additional documents required as a result of the new regulations of June 2002 or should I wait for the visa office to make the request? I am talking of documents like academic transcripts, extra photograph, balance of application fees, IELTS, etc.

Each visa office has its own requirements in regards to the documentation necessary after March 31st. You should be contacted by your visa office with specific instructions as to the requirements.
