   Dear Mr.Cohen

This is with reference to the mail which I had written today.

I would like to add that I have obtained grades 0f 7-8 in all the four modules in IELTS with overall score of 7.5.

My relative in U.S. told me to make sure whether applying in Buffalo witha visitors visa is OK because it looks very risky.

I was very impressed by your website and so I thought of obtaining your opinion before taking any decision

   At present, submission of your case to Buffalo is possible under the circumstances described. However, provisions limiting submission of cases to the office(s) responsible for the applicant's jurisdiction are expected to be implemented, possibly as early as April 1st.
