"How long do I wait?"

I applied to the Accra, Ghana visa office for permanent status under the Independent category since December 2000 and did not receive any acknowledgement. However, after series of e-mails to the visa office, they gave me my file no. in April 2002. since then I have not receive any correspondence from them, all my efforts through e-mails have been futile. I was told to go to the on-line service on the cic web page but that never works. So what do I need to do? and how long will this wait be? Help!!! |
