"PR case and Student Visa"
I had recently applied for student visa to canada and my student visa was rejected because my employer with whom I am working didn't give proper reply to them. I now intend to file my PR case as I qualify for that. Will rejection of my student visa due to my employers bad intentions affect my case as I have all the proof of my past as well as present employment in the form of pay slips and bank statemtents and bank receipts of checks that I received for my salary.

Also please let me know the processing time for PR case from Berlin.

Hoping to hear soon.

Regards

The fact that a prior student authorization application was refused, in itself, is not necessarily going to have an adverse effect on your permanent resident application. In addition to review of the documentation provided, however, some visa offices do regularly contact present or prior employers to verify positions.

The processing time for cases in Berlin is generally 10-16 months for applicants within its jurisdiction, depending on the requirement of a selection interview.
