"points for age"
 
   I HAD APPLIED WHEN I WAS 49 YEARS OLD IN SEPT 2001.
IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, IF THE RULE CHANGES ADVANTAGEOUS
CHANGES WILL BE APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF ASSESSEMENT.
IF MY APPLICATION IS ASSESSED BEFORE 31 MARCH 2003,
CAN I GET 8 POINTS FOR AGE FACTOR AS PER THIS .

KINDLY LET ME KNOW.

In response to message #0
 
   As per the Regulations published June 28th 2002, the new criteria will be applied to all cases after March 31st 2003, regardless of whether or not it is advantageous. At such time, your score on the age factor will increase to 8 points.
