"How do I qualify under new points system?"

I have a Ph.D degree in human resources and organisational behaviour, with an MBA, BBA and BSc degrees. Under the old system I would have easily qualified to obtain entry into Canada. Now I was told by an immigration consultant that I would only score 74 points. Without a job offer to increase the amount of points needed, I will not qualifiy.

I would like to find out which organisations in Canada can help with a job search so that I can obtain an offer of a job before submitting my application.

Your qualifications are clearly quite strong. Improvement of language skills (i.e., French) may be the least complicated way of meeting the 75 point requirement in your case.

Otherwise, resources such as Monster.ca are best.
