Dear Mr CohenIn regards to your answer to my first question if I would be allowed to have permanent residency in Canada – I would have to complete the Rehabilitation of Offenders form; can you please tell me the following?
1)What questions does this form entail and where can I obtain it?
2)If I am married to a Canadian citizen, and have 1 conviction is there a possibility of refusal even though I have all the qualifications and am a skilled worker?
3)Would my application still be refused if my conviction is classed as a spent conviction?
4)Have people with convictions in the past been allowed in as permanent residents? Or does it depend on the seriousness of the crime committed?
5)Is there a list, which tells you which crimes are enough to refuse your application?
Your help would be greatly appreciated
I look forward to hearing form you soon.
Many thanks
Susan
