"66 points any chance for an interview"
 
   My cousin has 66 points and has been in procedure since March
Does he have any chances of being called to an interview?

   Any case can be eligible for an interview, regardless of score. However, in the absence of all the documentation and details of the application, it is impossible to estimate the likelihood in this specific case.
