"Please help"

My cousin lives in Regina, Canada and he wants to sponsor me for studying overseas because my aunt is old and retired. My friend couldn't get the Canadian visa because the law doesn't accept one to sponsor his cousin, is it right?
Please tell me how can I get the Canadian visa?
Thanks first.
Dobby.

A cousin would not generally be considered a member of the Family Class. You should conduct an online assessment in order to determine your eligibility in another category.
