You are presently eligible to submit the case to an office other than Islamabad. It should be noted, however, that the immigration department has the legislative authority to cease this practice if they wish to. If an offshore office is selected, then implications such as travel requirements and processing times for such cases should be given consideration. A review of the details of the case would be required to make a recommendation. ________
