Yes, you may sponsor your husband. There are no finanical requirements to be met when sponsoring a spouse. You will, however, need to provide proof of your intention to return to Canada. The government fees due are $550 CAD. This is the initial government processing fees. You may choose to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $975 CAD at this time, but it is not necessary. This fee may be paid at a later date. ________
