Presently you can submit your application to a different processing post, than the one in your area. However as you will not be a resident of the area of responsibility of the other post, you can experience longer processing delays. Moreover, you will most likely be required to attend a Personal Selection Interview at that office. The current processing times at the Canadian Embassy in Accra is minimum 24 months if an interview is required. Other posts around the world have a shorter processing times, even with the interview requirement. ________
