   If I get invited to visit a relative in canada and will be able to find a job during my stay and decided to live and work in canada, will i be able to apply for a permanent residence visa?

   You will be eligible to apply for permanent resident status under such circumstances, but would have to submit the case to a visa office outside of Canada, and may be required to attend an interview there. Once you have worked legally in Canada for a period of 1 year, provisions exist which may allow you to process an application for permanent resident status inland.
