"interview rescheduling"
A friend of mine was scheduled for interview @ Riyadh KSA in 3rd week Sept, the intimation letter came in first week sept00, whilst my friend was abroad, his family faxed the confirmation letter Marking the "unable to attend" due to reasons mentioned that the candidate is out of the country, and requested for a second interview date, a second reminder letter was also faxed last week to the immigration Dept, @the Canadian High commission in London, but have not recieved any response yet. I believe there are no telephone enquiries entertained, please advise what can be done.

Thanks

1. "RE: interview rescheduling"
Typically, the only correspondence that would be expected in this situation is the notification of the next interview date. The duration until such will be determined by the existing interview queue at the visa office.
