"Answer this concern please!!"
Hello, thanks for answering all my posts, I have a concern and I would like you to help me, if some children were adopted by their grandparents and brought to the country (Canada) and then one of the biological parents want to come as a visitor to visit their family, in the little box of the application form, Does he have to put that he has children yes or no? If, Yes can he also says that besides his family he comes to visit his/her children or he can't because he is not the legal parent anymore, please answer me thank you !!

For the purpose of the immigration department and associated applications, all biological ties are cut once a legal adoption has taken place. As such, the individual would not be expected to indicate the he has children, but could explain the situation in the application materials.
