I am a DBA manager, SQL developer, Bussiness Analyst (being long time in IT bussines, so could play many roles) who would like to inmigrate to Canada, but to get a real job I am plannig to travel to Canada as a visitor, is really dificult to apply for a job without going to a personal interview (got a couple companies who consider me).

Once in Canada could I secure a job and get a temporary working permit or change my status to permanet Immigrant?

Any help greatly apreciated.
