First of all I request you to accept my sincere thanx for all your services.

I applied in New Delhi, India for permanent residence in canada in May, 2000. It is already 22 months from the date of my application. But I have not yet received a interview call or waiver.

Does the new rules affect me? Do I stand a chance for an interview in the near future?
