I have been married to an English lady for 18 months and I cannot work out whether I can sponsor my wife while we are both in England or whether I have to move to Canada first and apply from there, which seems a bit unreasonable. Try as I might I can get no response from the High Commission in London as they say all applications must be processed by the Canadian Offices now - and all I can ever get from the Canadian Offices is a telephone information service.
