The one year validity of my medical is already near the expiration date and our visas have not been sent to us. What should I do in the eventuality that the visas will not arrive before the expiration date? Can I go or write the embassy and ask if and when they will be issuing our visas before the expiration date?

Another question is, will it be possible that they would date the visas on the date of my son's medical for all of us?

Any information or advice to my problem is highly appreciated.
