"Part-time/Full-time work experience"

I need an answer to this question:

Will the Canadian embassy where a specific application has been lodged verify the working status of an independent immigrant applicant if he is employed as a full-time or a part-time employee?

Thank you very much!

Yes, the immigration authorities may contact your employer to verify the information on your application, including whether your position was full-time or part-time.
