"RE: Complian about Immigration Canada" In response to message #0      Complaints about processing at a given Canadian office can be directed in writing to the Program Manager at that given office. If a satisfactory response is not received to such, then there are officials in Canada who are responsible for visa offices in the various geographical regions.
