"Immigrating to canada for a nurse"

   Hello,
I am a RN here in the US and received my education and licensure in US but i am a citizen of malaysia. My question is do i qualify to immigrate to canada, and if i do how?
I looked under independant immigration but according to the point system i evaluated myself and do not currently qualify. Under the new system that comes into effect on June 28th would i then be able to qualify for independant immigration?
Any informatin would be greatly appreciated? thank you.

To determine whether you would qualify for immigration under the new system would require a detailed assessment of your qualifications.
