Regarding your qualifications, completion of a free online assessment would allow us sufficient information to determine your eligibility accurately.

Applicants for immigration as skilled workers are free to use any visa office worldwide, as long as they are able to attend a selection interview at that location or one of its satellite offices.

Once you are satisfied that you are eligible to immigration to Canada, the first step is the accumulation of the necessary materials for the submission of an application for permanent resident status. Each visa office has specific instructions which should be followed in doing so.
