   Hello,

I just got informed that I will be having my interview in LA, USA in April 2002.I live in Ghana and have a valid US visa, my question is, after the interview and passing the medical, do I have to go back to the US whenever my VISA is finally ready to get this VISA on my passport or can I get it from a local embassy in west Africa?
