"Visitor Record Form"

My Fiancee drove up to Canada from the US to visit for a few weeks. The Canadian Immigration officer thought that she had too much belongings with her and she was turned away and had to put some of her stuff in US storage. On her second attempt to enter she was given a visitors record form that had the details of her stay on it. She was supposed to have handed this in when she left Canada but forgot. What does she do with this form now and will this be a problem getting a permanent visa in the future.
Thanks in advance.

We would suggest that your fiancee contact the nearest Canadian Consulate for assistance. They may be able to accept the form and enter her correct date of departure in their database.
