"Do I Need A Visa To go to Canada?"

I was born in England and my parents are Nigerians, which gives me dual citizenship of both countries. But,I only have a Nigerian passport, and inside the passport it contains a British "Right of Abode". It's a type of permanent visa given to British Citizens on a different passport (not British) which allows the person to travel in and out of U.K whenever they want. I also have my British birth certificate with me.
My question is this, Can I travel to Canada without a Visa on my Nigerian passport which contains a British "Right of Abode".

According to the list of exemptions on the CIC website, you will not need a visitor visa.
