wolf 27-Oct-00, 06:25 PM (GMT) "Canadian Consulate in Windhoek & CHC Pretoria" A Canadian Consulate opend in Windhoek (Namibia) recently. I would like to know if permenent residence applications will be processed here. Also, for quite some time now the Canadian High Commisssion in Pretoria South Africa have been busy with applications filed in July 1999. Why is there no progress and what could be done to speed processing up. I filed my application for pr in July 2000, The Rand (SA currency) is weakening and thus my money is depreciating.
