   sir,

i'm a bachelor of respiratory graduate and work as a medical representative in a pharmaceutical company in my country phil. i applied for a CSQ in hongkong but i didnt got a response yet and it's already a year now since i filled up the form they sent...now i have a 6 months visitor visa and im here in west montreal and i would like to know if you can give some advice on how to have a working visa...do i have to go back to my country..or if im goin to apply for independent immigrant do i have to re-apply again for CSQ?..any advice will be a great help...thanks and GOD BLESS!!!

   We would not recommend submitting another Permanent Residence application since you already have an application for a CSQ in process. Since it has been over a year since you applied for the CSQ, a status enquiry would be in order.
