Tophat Charter Member 26-Feb-02, 09:53 AM (EST)   "IMM0008 Question"      I am a Canadian sponser to my Latin American wife. We are both divorced and have two children each. All are students under the age of 18. My children live with my ex-wife. In the IMM0008 application under dependent children do we list my 2 children as dependents even though they are Canadians by birth and will not be immigrating. "RE: IMM0008 Question" In response to message #0      Since your children are Canadian citizens, they do not have to be listed as dependants on your wife's IMM0008 form.
