Could you please advise what is the average delay time to wait for an interview from the date of the letter from Buffalo Consulate informing an applicant that the interview is required and that the file will be transferred to Seattle Consulate? The letter says that the time to wait is 7-10 months, then another 2 months of prior notice before interview, i.e. the total period of delay from such letter to the date of the interview is 1 year?
