   Cher Dr. Cohen,

Je fait une formation professionnelle comme analyste-
programmeur, et le diplôme que je peut obtenir est une
attestation que je suis inscris en 2° année du technicien
en analyse-programmation et que j'ai terminé avec succès la
première année.Le diplôme du technicien exige deux ans de
formation.Je voudrais savoir si cette attestation d'un an
me permettera d'obtenir des points au facteur 2° spécialité
lors de l'évaluation préliminaire de ma demande
d'immigration par les services d'immigration au quebec.Et Merci.

   Non, malheureusement les points ne seront alloués que si la deuxième spécialité est sanctionnée par un diplôme ou un certificat.
