"Bill C-11 & Asian Expatriates"

   Hi,

I'm based in United Arab Emirates and have got my File No. after two and a half months, though the Fee was accepted after one month. I have got the maximum points on Skilled Persons category being a computer programmer with bonus points for relatives in Canada. Do you think that with the passage of Bill C-11 there will be any detremental affect on my application since i've got 14 years of education with 4 years of experience and what would be the estimated time frame for the interview waiver or interview call.

Thanks in anticipation,

Azfar

An evaluation of the qualifications of yourself and your spouse would be necessary in order to accurately advise you of the impact that C11 would have on your case.

Current estimates for the interview backlogs in the UAE are approximately 15 months.
