"immigration from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia"

Mr. Dcohen, Concerning independent "Skilled Worker" immigration category. What is the percent of potential immigrants from such countries like Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. I know the embassy of Canada do everything to stop the immigration process why it's happening? What is the policy concerning these countries? If I would like to apply for my immigration directly to Canada how to do it?

Anyone, from any nation of the world may apply for immigration to Canada. Applicants can not be refused immigration to Canada, simply on the ground of their geographic area of origin, or ethnic background, as that would constitute discrimination.

To apply for immigration to Canada, an applicant simply needs to obtain the application forms (from the processing center, or Canadian Government websites) complete them, and submit them, along with the required supporting documents, and application fees.
