"visa application"

I am an international student here in the USA and a Filipino national and would like to ask what is the process if I want to migrate to Canada what do I need to do? Where do I apply? Where do I submit my visa application should it be here in the Buffalo office in the US or do I still need to send it to Manila?

I would recommend that you review the Canadian Immigration FAQ to learn about the basic requirements of the application process. It would be best to start by determining your eligibility.

In regard to submission of the application, you may submit the application in the USA given your current residence there. As long as you will be there for the duration of the application process, or at least until a selection interview, that would likely be preferable to submission to Manila.
