I applied immigrantion indepentdent. I has > 70 point but my language English with difficult thus I can go to canada.

   It is possible to score in excess of the minimum required 70 points with a low score on language. In theory, this can be sufficient to qualify. It is pssible, however, for an immigration official to invoke negative discretion in such a case, if he or she feels that the language defecit may negatively affect employability in Canada.

Language skills have gained more and more importance in the application process in recent years. As such, it would be highly advisable that you make an effort to improve your English prior to a selection interview.
