"Please tell me somebody..."
 
   Could you please tell me if it is possible to start with my application form to imigrate to Canada now, when I am in the last semester .This year I will finish the University of Veterinary Medicine and I would like top know if I could start with the paperwork now .As I know that it takes a long time.
I am from the Slovak republic and I am 25.

   If you do not yet have work experience, you would be required to demonstrate arranged employment in order to be eligible. Submission of your application at present in the absence of the minimum required experience or arranged employment may mean automatic refusal of your application.
