"Visa application office"
 
   My sister resides currently in UK completing her education but she is a Romanian citizen. She would like to apply for a Canadian Immigration visa but she doesn't know whether she should apply to the London office or to the Bucharest office. If she does apply to the Bucharest office will she be requested to go to Bucharest for the interview or can she attend the interview at London Immigration office.

I would appreciate your advice.

   Given that she is resident in the jurisdiction of the London office, she may submit her application there without difficulty. Bucharest may also be used, but the interview will be held at the office at which the application is submitted. An interview can be held in London only if the application is submitted there.

She should ensure that she will still be in the UK by the time of a selection interview to avoid the possibility of complication or delay.
