"Applying for Citizenship"

I have few questions regarding Citizenship.

I have Canadian Landed immigration and I also have an American Green card. Can I apply for Canadian Citizenship even though I have not lived in Canada for the past three years? I do have a medical card, a Social Security card and I also have a bank account in Canada. Also the canadian immigration doesn't know that I'm outside Canada because when I left canada I used my green card to enter the US. Due to these factors the Canadian immigration doesn't know that I'm outside the country.
Lastly can I hold a dual Citizenship of Canada and US.

Thank you so much for your response.

From the information provided, it would appear that you would be unlikely to be eligible for citizenship at this time. Policies regarding time spent absent from Canada have been getting increasingly strict. Also, even if your passport does not have clear evidence of your location of residence, other documentation such as phone bills, credit card bills, etc. can be used to establish such.

Finally, however, there is substantial discretion in the assessment of such absence, so it is impossible to absolutely predict the outcome of an application.
