"what happens next"

Mr. Cohen many thanks for your advise so far, my husband received a letter from CPC Mississauga informing him that his case has been transferred to Oshawa, I was of the impression that they would send the application kit for him after processing the sponsorship for him to forward to me, is this normal for sponsorships to be transferred to local offices? Can you tell me what happens next and how soon can we expect to hear from Immigration again? Many thanks.

If this is the only communication that your spouse has received, then his assessment as a sponsor has not been concluded. The transfer of the application may be for the purpose of further assessment of his eligibility as a sponsor, evidence of support, or the bona-fides of the relationship.
